You are purchasing preloved, used and/ or demo goods. No warranty/ guarantee is given on these goods.

Strictly no refunds on goods purchased. Exchange or store credit within 7 days from date of purchase.

Electronic goods are tested when they come into the store, and again before they are sent out.

All courier fees are strictly for the buyer's account. Courier fees are non refundable.

Budget Baby reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 10 to 15% on goods purchased and returned.

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from date of purchase. No orders will be dispatched unless paid in full and funds cleared into the Budget Baby bank account.

Please note, although we can provide an estimated turn around time for delivery, any delays with couriers are out of our control.

All items are checked, steam cleaned and sanitised.

Should you want to collect you order in store, you are welcome to do so.

All our items are pictured and described to the best of our ability, but some other imperfections may exist.

Once a parcel is handed over to our courier partners, we have no control over the delivery and cannot be held accountable for any delays.

Layby purchases are available for certain items over R600,00. 20% Deposit is required and the customer has 3 months to settle the balance.

Layby cancellations will result in a termination fee, deductible from deposit and/ installments already paid.
